The business is owned and managed by me, Barbara Crompton, a quilter of more than 20 years standing with professional experience in various aspects of training. I have now combined these skills to create Material Pleasures where I can bring my expertise to selecting exciting fabrics from well-known brands, useful accessories and a range of original, personally-designed quilt kits and patterns all at affordable prices.

 

Material Pleasures trades globally online 24/7, at major shows  and some  Region 13 Quilters' Guild events.

Material Pleasures will be at the following shows during 2008:

The Festival of Quilts - 14th - 17th August - NEC, Birmingham

The Great Northern Quilt Show - 5th - 7th September - Exhibition Hall 1, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate

Autumn Quilt Festival - 31st October - 2nd November - Severn Exhibition Hall, Three Counties Showground, malvern, Worcs.

Do come along to the shows if you are in the area and say hello to me. I do look forward to seeing some of you there.

If you are a member of a quilting group or a class in the Cheshire/Merseyside area, I am available to be booked to come along to your meeting.
